Instructions:

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the powdered sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla.
2. Slice softened butter over the top in center of dish.
3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
4. Pour the fudge mixture into a lined 8×8-inch pan or thrifted container and spread evenly. Sprinkle with your choice of toppings, if desired.
5. Let the fudge cool in refrigerator completely, about one hour
6. Cut it into squares.

NOTE: use real butter for ultimate taste. Don’t use soft margarine, as the fudge will not harden.
